SUMMARY:A Significant Journey in June
DESCRIPTION:Please join us on June 2nd at 6:00pm at New Hope Presbyterian Church. Beloved designer Scott Flanagan from Fremont\, Nebraska\, will present a fascinating lecture: ” My Quilting Journey… and what I’ve learned along the way.” That journey started quite early. In fact\, Scott remembers sewing alongside his grandmother as young as seven years old\, making quilts for Lutheran World Relief. Come hear about the amazing steps that built up to his creation of his own company\, 4th and Main Designs. Scott is a speaker in high demand – you won’t want to miss this presentation. \nYou can learn more about Scott on his website here:\nhttps://4thandmaindesigns.com \nThere will be a workshop on June 6th at Church.  More information

SUMMARY:2026 Auction
DESCRIPTION:Fabric – kits – books – notions (no patterns)! You have quilting needs? We have quilting goods! It’s time for the annual Castle Rock Quilt Club auction\, which will be held at 6:00 pm on September 1st at New Hope Presbyterian Church. Tyson Newhouse is back as our live auctioneer\, guaranteed to level up this exciting event! \nAnyone is welcome to attend and bid on items! There is no fee for visitor attendance this month. Please note that ONLY CASH OR CHECK will be accepted as payment for purchases. (No credit cards or online payments like Paypal or Venmo.) You will keep track of your wins and prepare your check (or cash\, round up to avoid needing change) so we can keep the check out moving smoothly. We hope you will take advantage of this opportunity to expand your stash! \nTo CRQC Members:\nStart cleaning out your quilt rooms\, closets and crafty corners — wherever it is that you stash your stash. Decide what you want to donate for our annual fundraiser; then download and print a bid sheet for each donation or bundle. You do NOT need to list a starting bid — just a description of what you are donating. If donating fabric yardage\, please list amount. Less expensive or smaller items such as notions\, threads\, rulers\, etc. should be bundled together and placed in a Ziploc bag. If you have multiple pieces of fabric\, either tie them together or put them in a clear plastic bag. Bring your bid sheets and items to the church at 5:00 pm on Tuesday\, May 5th. The auction will start promptly at 6:00 pm. \nPrint Bid Sheet
