DESCRIPTION:Cyndi McChesney will be  teaching a workshop titled: Six Tips for Creating an Amazing Panel Quilt. It is a 3 Hour workshop on October 10th\, 9 am\, at New Hope Presbyterian Church. The cost is $40. Contact Debbie Tam to sign up. \nThe class description:  “If you’ve ever purchased a panel only to get it home and not know how to create a special quilt from it\, then this class is for you! We’ll explore six common issues and problems inherent in most fabric panels and how to overcome each of them including how to square up wonky images\, how to maneuver a large panel into a measurement that is easy to work with\, how to do the math to add interesting borders and how to use panels in several interesting settings.”

DESCRIPTION:Join us for a day retreat at Sew-ciety on Sunday October 11\, 2026 from 9:00 – 4:00 pm.   Cost is $20.00 and water and snacks will be supplied. You are on your own for lunch. \nWe have room for 16 people. We will need at least 10 people. If you are interested in attending send Kathy Snow an email and she will put you on the list. If more than 16 apply\, a waiting list will be started.  Checks will be cashed following the retreat. Please make your checks out to CRQC and mail to Kathy Snow.\n\n
