CRQC Retreat Fall 2010

Friday, November 12th -- arrive after 9:00 am
to
Sunday, November 14th -- check out after brunch
Location:
The Inn at Palmer Divide in Palmer Lake (about 3 miles from Monument on Colorado
Hwy 105)
Included:
Very large meeting room with plenty of tables, ironing boards and raised tables
fro cutting. Bring your own cutting mats, Big Board and portable design
walls if needed.
Rooms:
All rooms have 2 queen beds; there will be 2 people per room. The rooms
will be on the same floor as the meeting room.
Meals:
Friday lunch and
dinner
Saturday breakfast buffet @ 8:00 am, lunch (limited menu items) @ 12:00 pm, and dinner
(limited menu items) @ 6:30 pm
Sunday brunch buffet
Also included is coffee and hot tea in mornings and water all day
Cost:
Total per person is $245 plus tax. A $25 deposit is required.
The price includes your room (double occupancy), all taxes and gratuities, meals
and non-alcoholic beverages with meals and coffee, tea, water in our sewing
room.
